Day & Night Movers of Chicago, Inc.

Poor service. Over the phone service is a clown show. No same day response, no same day confirmation email. It's been almost a week that I've been calling and emailing for a confirmation email and I only got 1 answered phone call and no confirmation email still. Worst service I ever experienced, once they receive your deposit money they stop answering their phone. Service is so bad that I had to write my first negative review ever.

My satisfaction with Day and Night Movers started with Ms. Deizy Aguirre who is the epitome of professional and efficient phone and electronic communications. She tirelessly and effectively facilitated my big event.
On the day of my move; Sherwyn, Chris and Isaiah arrived promptly and were personable and polite but worked hard with gusto. I was so impressed that my wife bought lunch and we took a break to partake of the meal together.
I'd definitely call them again when necessary and, I'd highly recommend the company!
