I had Oleg and Tim and couldn’t have asked for a more efficient and supportive service. Not only were they able to help with more than I anticipated, the move was quick and eventually amounted to much less than I budgeted for. It was my first moving experience so I wasn’t sure what to expect and now I know that if I am ever to move in the area I have a company to count on!

If I could give a negative star review, I would.
This company was promising at the beginning but day of, there were so many red flags.
We specifically told them that we were military and if they had base access and they assured us that they've done plenty of military moves so they could get on base. Day of comes along and they did not in fact have access so it pushed the time back a bit, no big deal. Two movers come & let my husband know that since our washer and dryer wasn't on the inventory, it'd be $50 per piece to transport it. A bit weird but we let it go. Fast forward to them actually moving stuff. Honestly a snail could have gone faster than the movers they sent. They didn't come with any dollies or really anything to help make it a smooth move and were taking item by item out, no matter how big or small. The lady we spoke to stated that because we didn't include the washer or dryer, that's why they didn't come with the correct equipment. Not sure what world that makes sense in but whatever. When we moved into the place they were moving us out of, we used a different company & it took them 2 hours tops to unload and assemble our entire house, including the washer/dryer, dining room, bedrooms & garage. They also had two people working & were able to get it done in a reasonable time. The drive to our new place was about 20ish miles but took over an hour because of ungodly traffic, even though they put a mileage fee into their quote, we still paid for the drive time. We left half of the stuff at the old place because they were taking so long & it was only a two bedroom apartment with about 30 boxes & a couch. It took from 10 to 4 from them to load and unload everything which is a bit ridiculous given the little stuff we had. They advertise that they don't have hidden fees but don't let it fool you, they do. If you pay Venmo, Zelle or cash, they'll give you a 'discount' but if you pay with a card, they tack on an extra charge for 'convenience'. We were told we would get a military discount but when we mentioned it to the guy, he had no idea what we were talking about. The lady we spoke to stated that they have their own card reader at the end but they don't, the gentleman had to call someone to process our order and card.
We were quoted $400ish for the move originally but ended up paying close to $800.
Definitely don't recommend this company to move your stuff

I hired DC Moving Inc to help me with a move when another company couldn't come out. The customer service was great along with the price...especially being last minute. The movers, Muhammad and David did a phenomenal job handling my furniture, tv, and other items. They made sure everything was secured correctly in the truck and paid attention to every detail when reassembling different pieces of furniture. I will use them again.
