I have never been treated so well by a moving company. Prompt, professional, respectful, and they handled my furniture very carefully. We just moved in town and needed d&d to move our big furniture. They did a great job. No damage, quick, and worked with us well. Very pleased.

Never use this place. When we got unpacked a bunch of stuff was stolen, they broke my electronics and then when I claimed the insurance, they denied my claim even though I had tons of proof it was their guys who did it. Now I'm out over $3000 because of their negligence. Never again.

Edit: This is not a false claim, I contacted Jackie over 20 times trying to get a resolution. She refused to give me your email or number stating that you were too busy. Told me to email [email protected] and I did, then the claim was denied BY YOU stating 'No notations of damages made upon delivery. (How the hell am I supposed to know that when everythings still in boxes)
Signature accepts delivery and shipment. (No, it releases them from their day of work, I didnt get fully unpacked from boxes until September 2023 after an August move.)
Mechanical Condidtions Unkown w/ NO exterior damages @ delivery of computer claimed (the damage was internal, my water cooling pump opened up from the damage your guys caused and the fluid went all over my computer frying everything)'
so I replied back again with all that and my proof on Sept 19th,2023. Never heard anything. You have records, youre just being shady as you have been the entire process.

Edit 2: case in point attached, do not use this place, they dont stand behind their services, they never told me any of this, just that a $500 deductible exists. I said oh cool I have an expensive PC and expensive TVs, why not get the protection for $100. Oh and Im missing a TV mount, a backpack full of electronics and a toolbox full of tools. The sad part is, we tipped their team $200, fed them and gave them drinks the whole move before finding out they robbed us. Buyer beware, these arent honest people.
