Very pleasant experience with Mary. The delivery guys were excellent.

Spoke with a sales person here and they were super friendly and willing to explain everything about these safes to me. I'm sure I had dumb questions and they were more than happy to answer them with a smile. Delivery was smooth and again, super friendly people.

I wish to report the wonderful customer service I met with over the phone when my 10 year old safe with the electronic mechanism stayed open. I called on Monday morning at about 0900. Mary answered on the second ring, very friendly, courteous and helpful. This, despite the fact that I had no contact with this company for 10 years, and did not buy a very expensive safe. Mary diagnosed the problem (Weak battery. I was fooled because the mechanism continued to chirp and flash) in less than a minute. I was back in business, with no judgment communicated to me in word or tone for my not having figured this out myself. When I called to thank Mary, Kelly answered on the second ring, equally friendly, courteous and helpful, and immediately got Mary on the phone.

I have been in government since 1976 for three different agencies, and I have always tried my very best to provide good service.
