We went to this location during their annual sale and were impressed with the showroom. Mary helped us select a product that suited our needs and answered any questions we had about the product and the services Dean Safe offered. We returned a few weeks later to shop for accessories and Mary was there to help us again. We were surprised to see that she had remembered us and that she was able to find an accessory that was sold out. We highly recommend Dean Safe and will be shopping there again in the future!

Super easy purchase of safe. Was hesitant to pay for delivery, but did and don’t regret it at all. Delivery guys were very professional and accommodating, went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect!

I recently purchased a Browning BX10 gun safe. Some other safe companies were advertising it as the 2024 model with shelves. What they were actually showing was a larger model with shelves. I told Kelly of the issue, and she immediately called Browning and explained what happened. They took the safe back and refunded my money. Still looking for a small gun safe that has half of the interior with shelves. Superb customer service!
