I purchased a pistol safe. Took it home. Could not figure out how to get my fingerprint to activate the lock properly. Called the next day. Took it back in, and they were happy to patiently show me the correct way to do it. Works great!

Cannot recommend. Sent my questions to them using their contact form on their website. I sent my questions on June 30, 2024 using one form for some questions and another form for other questions.

These are the exact word for word questions I sent:

The owners manual posted. (last page at the bottom on the right) states 62 lbs.

My 2nd message to you sent today, so if you want to combine your responses if easier for you, it's ok with me.

1.)  I realize there's always a first time, and when you have used safes is likely unpredictable but when you do offer them, if you were to guess, how rare is it that you may offer used 1 hr fire protection safes weighing less than 125 lbs, for sale on the website?  (I live out of state so no in person visits are possible)

2.)  If I were to check your website for used safes fitting my criteria, any way for you to guess when best I should check in any given year?

3.)  Is it at all possible, for you to contact me when a used safe fitting my criteria hits (or is about to hit) your website?

I don't know why. (These are reasonable questions, right? Are they hard to understand? No, right?)

Was it laziness? Was it incompetence? Do they just say they provide customer support but not really? Very importantly, after a purchase, would they ignore my request for assistance with a warranty issue or if the safe was malfunctioning or if there was a shipping issue?

With so many other Safe companies out there to choose from, is this poor experience of mine enough of a reason to buy elsewhere?
