I ordered two safes online. They arrived in about two weeks. No damage. Well boxed. Both safes were installed with no issues. Combo was changed and operation was good. 9volt Duracell battery was not supplied.

The Stealth Safe I bought from Dean Safe is fantastic, however moreover I am very impressed with level of customer support at Deans Safe. I had a minor issue which I reached out to Dean Safe about and (A) somebody actually picked up the phone right away. And (B) Nick was very helpful and put me in touch with Diego, the safe technician, who very promptly scheduled an appt with me. The issue was handled promptly and professionally. Everyone was super nice, helpful and issue resolved very promptly. Customer service is a dying breed, but I would not hesitate to buy another safe from them based on the customer service alone. This is how you earn lifelong customers from someone with high expectations, like myself.
