Dearman Moving & Storage Company

I recently downsized houses and I had a ton of stuff that I didn’t know what to do with. I called Dearman, they answered a few questions, and I was on my way. I’m upset I didn’t choose them to move my furniture.

I recently downsized houses and I had a ton of stuff that I didn’t know what to do with. I called Dearman, they answered a few questions, and I was on my way. I’m upset I didn’t choose them to move my furniture.

Do not choose Dearman moving company. As long as the move goes well, you of course will be happy with the move. Our move from Dearman did not go well at all and the damaged over $9,000 worth of our belongings. We had full value coverage and chose Dearman because of that coverage. However when it came time to post our claims they found ways to either not cover items they moved, they found discounted “like” products to those they broke and offered to pay us the value for those or, in the case of our dining room table they snapped the legs off of, they didn’t come anywhere close to the value of the table and what it would cost us to replace the table. Please do not choose Dearman because of their full value coverage. If you’re like me, they weren’t the cheapest option but I trusted them because they talked about how they will cover any damages. They did not choose to do the right thing in the end. Even after phone calls with management promising me I’d be fine and taken care of after it happened. They broke mirrors, our dining room table, our whole home water softener, damaged our kitchen table, our buffet table, our side tables, our dryer and banged up our brand new walls, stairs. We even had a few pieces that were so damaged, they didn’t even bring them to our new house. Worst moving experience we’ve ever had.

Honestly, I am amazed! I have been looking for a container+storage and they gave me THE BEST rate. I couldn’t believe it so I had to ask the same question 3 times. They should totally have more publicity than the other competitors! The price is more than half cheaper than the other companies. We hope the moving goes smoothly!
