I called Dearman about moving a couple of giant boxes from where they were unloaded under my carport up to my third floor apartment. In under 20 minutes two guys were bringing the first box up the steps. It took them under 10 minutes and both boxes were on my kitchen floor. The greatest moving engineers I've ever seen for a task that I could not figure out how to do myself. I will be using Dearman for life!! Thanks Again Guy's, Ron Schweitzer

We were very pleased with the administration side of our moving experience. The admin staff were helpful, polite, and very informative. We were shocked on the day of the moving when the crew showed up. Jeno & Maria's crew did not communicate with us and acted like bulls in a china shop. They handled our belongings like trash and when we began unpacking we found many of our things in disarray. If we had known the moving experience would be this way, we would have packed drastically different. There was a huge lack of professionalism from the movers and a lack of responsibility taken for the things they damaged in our apartment building. The moving crew was more focused on getting the job done as quickly as they could with little to no emphasis on quality. Chris, the owner, did follow up with me apologizing for our experience. We paid a lot of money for which we thought we be a 5 star experience, ending up with having a not so great experience and landing with 2 stars. Highly disappointed.

Great communication, as well as very friendly and efficient loaders. Price was very reasonable compared to local companies. Took about two weeks for my stuff to arrive (I was moving across the country) but everything came in tact and on the scheduled date. Would definitely recommend.
