WORST COMPANY EVER! Still in the nightmare trying to receive our furniture. This company takes your money and has tripled the estimate. As a corporate executive, I’ve made more than two dozen cross country moves and have NEVER had this level of poor service. I wish I had used a POD which I did in two moves and it was seamless. My small one bedroom from the San Francisco Bay Area to Portland, Oregon has been the worst of my more than four decades moving. We have already paid double and now have an outlandish $4000 remaining balance they want paid in cash, to bring the total to $10,000. I have reported them to be California and Florida state attorney generals, both states BBB, Better Business Bureaus and now this is a federal crime as it is interstate fraud. The most important things in the van are meaningless to anyone else but mean something to me with family photos and memories.

If I could give them a negative star of five I would. These people are liars and cheaters and they do not take care of your property. Mine arrived broken even my antique furniture. They are not a moving company, they are brokers. Luck of the draw who they choose to contract to move your furniture.The person they contracted for me broke my stuff up. All of my ceramics were chipped or broken and they were wrapped by me in bubble wrap. They're horrible. They're liars and do not use them. I was brokered out to a rail and freight company. They apparently treated my stuff like freight. They also demand postal money orders for payment or they will not unload the truck. I cannot begin to describe how horrible this experience was. The only thing I can think of for the positive reviews is they were paid to write them or they were brokered out to a nice responsible company. I was not. This is a bait and switch operation and do not use them!

Crooks. Do NOT trust/hire this company. They will quote you one price then doubled the price even after a contract is signed. Look at their other reviews, this fraudulent practice is a theme.

This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. During my first communication with this company, I asked explicitly if they were brokers because I did not want to deal with brokers. I was ASSURED they were the movers themselves. This was just one of many outright lies the employees of this company told me. I was ultimately charged more than 3x what I initially expected to pay. Months later, I am still being given the runaround. Do NOT trust this company. Their behavior is fraudulent and their company is a scam, and I see from other reviews that I am not the only one they tricked in the exact same way.
