They're scammers. They tell you one thing, once the movers come, they force you to pay, then hit u with 'problems' that increases your bill by hundreds of dollars.They lie, cheat, and still.

I have filed charges with local police, FMCSA, and DOT. Warn your friends!! Don't ever use this company or 365 Movers!

As the broker, chose a company that was sub-standard. They showed up late, did not honor payment methods I had to sign to, over charged, did not pickup and load all items with a back up truck (had to use a 2nd delivery). When issues started with moving company, NA helped at first, but eventually backed off and claimed they couldn't help at all. The moving company didn't answer the phone or emails. 3rd party claim service even stated they broke off relations with the moving company after my move was completed. Insurance was misleading. Good were threatened to not be unloaded if not paid up front. Services to be provided (unload and re-assemble) did NOT happen. Overall customer service was frustrating and not helpful in the end.

This company is a scam stay away or you will lose your money.
Booked a moving with them & after not receiving any communication with them I started researching them & their reviews are horrible. Cancelled my order with their rep via text & received confirmation of cancellation & refund, didn’t trust that the text is enough, called them the same day & the day after multiple times to send me a confirmation & they wouldn’t, stated I will get it Monday, nothing comes Monday I call them again & the minute they know who I am they hung up on me multiple times, texted their rep after he confirmed I will be refund & nothing.
Don’t waste your time with moving companies or movers, go with pods or one of the container reputable companies.
Still fighting to get my $1,341.26 deposit back since June.

Told them repeatedly that we needed 800 cubic feet, first person weote a contract for 300. After spending an hour on the phone we agreed to 800, they wrote contract for 450, and then demanded more money when the packers showed. Screwing a disabled vet who is a senior. Poor.

They really suck at their job and make moving even more stressful than needed. Please save yourself a headache. Go somewhere else. There's alot of hidden fees and customer service is not helpful.
