You get what you pay for. One of the less expensive movers in the area. Crew is not happy to move your items and complains the whole time. Was not prepared for our move even after sending a list of items and pictures.

I had to move internationally with Atlas which contracted to this local company for pick up. Larry, the owner was nice when he came in for the survey. Even I told him I need to book the elevator in advance and they need to let me know when, no one EVER reached out to me or said anything for many days. I had to follow up with them a couple of days later however the elevator was no longer available at the time they requested. When I tried to reschedule the packing time with them, the call was transferred to Larry and he started to question and yell at me why I did not know if the elevator was unavailable. I explained I asked and gave him the heads up but no one ever contacted me until I reached out. What was the big deal? It was still a few days before the packing date. I said we could reschedule if needed. He did not care and just kept going that was my fault, and he even said if we reschedule he did not if the elevator would be available! Are you kidding me? I responded nicely that ‘I wouldn’t know until i confirm with the building manager’.......That was so rude and unprofessional. I told Atlas to get another pickup company and definitely not going to pay for this kind of ‘service’!

The WORST moving company I have experienced since I have been in the military. I called them at the end of my time frame to ask what was going on with my stuff the lady said they are running behind just like almost every review I have read today. I would not recommend this moving company due to the lack of customer care. Got a call saying they will be 3 hours late.... 7pm delivery
