Defender Self Storage - Pittsburgh - Greentree

What a great experience for a first time storage renter. Staff was very knowledgeable and very patient with all our questions, since this was out first unit. Place is very clean, good lighting, and well maintained, We were there in the winter and the temperature inside was warm.
Definitely would recommend.

Was able to sign up online and show up 15 minutes later and move my stuff right in. Super friendly staff, and a practically new facility so everything is clean and in good shape. Location is pretty convenient for me and I got a good deal on a unit, so I'm pretty happy so far.

Helped a friend move some things in, and was there when they were dealing with the staff. Staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and new looking inside. I would definitely recommend.

I was helping a friend move some items to this storage facility. The facility is clean and has a new store feeling, but it was the excellent service from the manager, Bill that set the experience apart. He was so knowledgeable and helpful that I’m considering using the facility. If you need a storage facility to store items, I highly recommend this one.
