Defender Self Storage - Pittsburgh - Greentree

Very excited to have this centrally located, climate controlled storage unit at my disposal. It perfectly fits my current needs and the staff was fantastic and helpful

I was very thoroughly explained everything in a nice and kind way. Showed my storage unit and the different entrances. I feel like my stuff is very safe and secure. Very nice!

Defender Greentree may not be the cheapest but the facility is brand new and Bill, the Manager, is great to work with.

When it comes to self storage, I've seen and heard it all. From bait & switch and promo rates that escalate to astronomical month rental rates within months. So my take on Defender comes from experience.

From initial contact, to facility tour, to contract review and signing... Bill is courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He takes the time to explain each paragraph in the contract and answers every question. He gives Five Star customer service.

I hope my relationship with Defender Greentree will continue to exceed my expectations.

I already rent a unit at Defender Greentree PA. When I arrived with an unexpected truck full of items to store Bill made it super easy to rent an additional unit. Making my day a whole lot easier.

Quick and easy set up, was in in no time!
Very nice and clean facility.
