I have tried repeatedly to get someone from the finance department (Justin) to call me back to get a refund on my $100 deposit. I cancelled a move a month out from scheduled and was told by the manager, Joe, that it was nonrefundable and that he couldn't help me. Told me to get in touch with someone in finance dept. I told Joe that nowhere is it written that the deposit was nonrefundable. Not on their website or in speaking with Joe for a verbal estimate. Plus, I only received a receipt saying i paid $100 to them. I didn't receive a written estimate or contract to look over. I have left multiple messages for a return call without success. This is poor business dealings and I will be filing a report with BBB if this isn't fixed before Christmas.

Wow! Just Wow!! If there was a 6 star rating, I'd give them a 7! Joe and Crew were phenomenal from quote to destination. Professional, caring, cordial and very affordable. Full 4br household, SC to NC without an issue! Highly recommended.
