Let me preface all of this by saying he sounds professional on the phone, but don’t let that fool you , he is the furthest thing from it !!!
I wanted to give him zero stars.
At the beginning of the day Daniel showed up high as a kite, and an hour late at 10 am. Not sure what this guy was on but it wasn’t legal. The police thought so too. He contacted three guys through Facebook who he had never met before to come and do the job the next day. He told me he was showing up with his brother, himself and three guys that were his reliable movers that work for him all the time . After the first truck was loaded, and my mom gave him the money he said he had to have on day one, he disappeared for two hours. He said he was going to McDonald’s, which should’ve taken 20 minutes and I’m assuming he went to buy more drugs. My brother in law, his guys and I were all texting and calling and it went straight to voicemail. No response. It was terrifying. I figured out how to contact his fiancé and said I was calling the police if I didn’t hear back him and sure enough he called about 2 minutes later. The pics below show what he had to say.
We have at the very minimum at least 15 pieces of furniture that have been damaged in this move, and yes, it was a very large move. Long story short we ended up having to call the police because he tried to leave again with a 20 foot moving van full of our things. My sister had to pull her car in front of the van and put herself in harms way to stop him from leaving with easily $200,000 worth of property. We are a military family and have moved 30 times over the years and Daniel was the worst person we have ever dealt with. I urge anyone looking at dealing with this person to reconsider. During the day there were an ungodly amount of manic texts, coming to my phone, trying to explain where he was and saying that he didn’t know he had to report to me about anywhere he was going with a full moving van of our furniture . We ended up cutting the move short and getting rid of him after the first day. After he left, I received this text that I’m sure was meant for someone else.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!

We were in a pinch we had a 12,000 pound delivery and the truck broke down so we didn’t get there until after one. I called these guys at 11 AM and they were there at one. Did a fantastic job and we’re out of there by 5 PM we will use them every time we need help down there and I would recommend them strongly.

Needed to hire someone to move a piano, console, on short notice. Del elite was professional, fair price n accommodated us quickly. Btw, up two flights of stairs !!
Would recommend highly!
