Delaware Moving and Storage

We recently used Delaware Moving and storage (Jan 25). The move was seamless and the crew Zac, Maurice and Warren were great. Highly recommend this company. We thought we were given a fair price as well!

Recently my wife and I relocated to Pennsylvania from Delaware and contracted with Delaware Moving and Storage to handle the move . The 3 men they sent out to load the truck were throughly professional and extremely efficient. The company stored our furnishings for several days before we made settlement on our new home . The day of the unloading 2 of the 3 original men unl I added us . Once again they were very efficient , professional , and friendly . Items were carefully placed where directed , beds and dressers were setup. This was all done very quickly and neatly . My wife and I were VERY impressed with the company from start to finish . From the initial estimate , the admin staff. , and the actual movers ,we were highly pleased and would recommend Delaware Moving andStorage to anyone considering a move.

Our salesman was Dave Sterling. He was excellent to deal with. He took the time to come out to our house to give us an estimate of the price to move and store our furniture. His men came out to pack and store our furniture. The men were respectful and efficient. They wrapped our furniture carefully and delivered it just the same. We had all of our furniture delivered in great condition with no issues. This was our first experience using a moving company and I would highly recommend Wheaton/Delaware to do the job!

My family had a large amount of stuff to move between two locations. During the removal were told to wait in the vehicle and the movers were to lock up the space. They did not inform us that they had left items behind and as they were locking up and moving we could not check. We had to move two van loads of items after they completed the job and charged quite a hefty price. After raising a complaint were told nothing could be done. Poor customer service for them to leave items behind, not tell us, and then charge such high rates!

I am leaving two stars and not one because they did move our stuff quickly and as far as we can tell safely. They did a quick job of moving it in to the new location as well.
