I HIGHLY and would only recommend Delicate Touch Moving.
Tim and his team (Richard, Kaden, and Dakota) were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. My move-in date was unfortunately pushed back due to unforeseeable events on the builder’s side, but I had already scheduled my appointment with Delicate Touch Moving. Tim was more than understanding and was able to accommodate me by allowing me to keep my items stored in their moving truck until my official move-in date - which isn’t a regular service provided since they would be down a moving truck, therefore affecting their availability to others. Fast forward to actual move-in day, Richard and Kaden were so kind to stop by my in-laws to load and unload larger items I wasn’t able to fit in the moving truck the first time - essentially making two trips/jobs in a single day.
Because my original move-in day was delayed, the actual day to unload everything was much later in the day than I had originally planned - Dakota had just finished another job and was so kind to join us to further assist in the moving process, speeding things along so by the time everything was unloaded it wouldn’t be nighttime.
Richard was careful and accurate at reassembling my larger furniture pieces (fridge, dining table and chairs, living room sectional, TV stands, etc.).
During the move (loading/unloading and transportation), my items remained undamaged. Delicate Touch Moving had packing materials (straps, blankets, and carpet coverings) readily available - which demonstrates respect to their customers’ personal belongings.
