Review:

Run don't walk from Del's! I don't make a habit of writing bad reviews; however, in this case I am compelled to in order to help others with their moving experience. I've moved numerous times over the years and this has been by far the worst experience. Never before have we had BROKEN, DAMAGED, DESTROYED AND COMPLETELY LOST belongings. I've been trying unsuccessfully, to resolve this since September, 2022. Calls, emails & texts go unanswered. Appointments made and broken to look for our missing items. Several visits to the warehouse have been eyeopening as to the way customers personal belongings and treasures are stored. Zero organization and valuables stacked with heavy boxes and items on top. We found a few of our belongings sitting on the floor...not in a crate, box or in storage of any kind. Still missing over $2000 worth of our property and this doesn't include what was broken or damaged. An offer of $500 was made in December as long as we signed a waiver; however, at that time we were still hoping to find our things. No communication or attempts to resolve since. I have a lot of photos showing the damaged items and condition of the warehouse. Attached are only a few pictures of the warehouse and damaged/broken items including a peloton screen. We have been extremely patient but this has gone on far too long. Alex, Randy and Richard are not men of their word and not to be trusted.
( I didn't want to give any stars but the review requires at least one)

DO NOT RECOMMEND:
We hired Del’s Moving because we wanted to support local business, most of the reviews were positive, and the posted photos on social media seemed professional. Based on what we were seeing, we expected the same quality of service. The men that showed up appeared a bit less professional than what we were expecting compared to what we had seen on their social media. The group seemed to be comprised of day laborers, or whoever was available to handle the job that day. Some showed up late, and the ones that arrived on time joked about how those individuals must have been out late the night before. Despite that, we were still hopeful and confident that they would get the job done with care and professionalism. Our point of contact for the move was Rich, who was present for about 45 minutes in the morning, never to be seen the rest of the day. We witnessed items being dropped (a heavy file cabinet onto our wood floor that had just been refinished), scraped, bumped, and damaged due to being improperly handled or wrapped. We have damage to our dining room table, chairs, fine art frames, and gouges in the wood floor at both our previous home and current home. While keeping in mind that accidents happen, this experience was so disappointing and frustrating because upon hearing of all the damage, Rich has completely cut off communication with us. We were told that he was submitting the claim to his insurance company and all attempts to follow up have gone unanswered. He is no longer communicating with us. Terrible moving service and terrible follow up customer service to try and make this very frustrating situation right.

Del's made our move seamless! Everything from packing to loading to unloading. We had some bulky furniture, and they handled it. Thanks for all your hard work, Del’s!

Nice guys. Richard was willing to go above and beyond to help me get my items to me in a rush. I'm very thankful for that. The two men who moved my items were nice and speedy. I will say though, sadly a few little items were left behind, like my snowboard binding. So that wasn't good. Also the dude 100% over charged me to build my furniture. I thought that was included in the service I booked. I guess it wasn't, so get clarity on that. But I paid them to build my couch, bed, and one of my accent chairs, and it costed just as much as the moving service itself. I def got ripped off compared to the market rate which is like $75 an item in the city. So there's that. Overall I'd say go with this company because they are very reliable and will help you out esp if you're in a predicament. However, don't allow them to upcharge you under the table to build your furniture. Just use a Task Rabbit or call a friend over to get it done.
