Deluxe Moving

Lied about the price. Jacked it up to triple of the price they told us. Said we didn't have our couch and love seat on their list. We were promised buy 3 different people that we would have our things by July 15th and when we would call no one would ever answer it and same with a text very unprofessional would not recommend them at all didn't get our stuff untill 10 days later I bet any of the good reviews they received are made up by their own people.

Brought items scratched, missing my tv, tv stand, can never get a hold of anybody. I would never do this again. I payed for my stuff brand new 6 months ago and now it’s scratched and lost.

Truly cannot understand how this company has this rating on Google. We had an out of state move - it took almost 2-months for our items to arrive, with most of the furniture being broken. They won't allow us to file a claim and the company they claim they use for insurance does not work with them...Also - they charged over $1,000 more than the estimate ON THE DAY OF THE MOVE ... Truly horrible. Would never ever recommend

Since I cannot reply to the owners comment I am editing my previous review. That is correct, my name is not on the move because my boyfriend was coordinating the move and it is in his name. We have been in touch regarding claims and the company Deluxe told us to contact says they do not work with the company...

I highly recommend Deluxe Moving Company for a home or a business move. They safely pack all of your materials and efficiently ship them to your desired location. This is the best moving company, they are better than any other moving company I have worked with. Great experience, friendly service.

I really like the way they provide service! Even that I need moving out in a short notice they do the best! Perfect quality, timing and price! Definitely recommend.
