Absolute worst movers I have ever used. They did not pack everything we had, and instead, threw everything into the truck without it all being boxed. My lamp shades were crushed (they should have been boxed) and the several pieces of furniture I have were broken and not fixable. I had about 30 blankets for them to use to wrap each piece and the owner told me I should have bought or rented moving blankets. Don’t you think that could have been relayed to us vs throwing everything into the truck not wrapped.not only that, I specifically told them they could use our blankets. The owner insinuated we were cheap “as during the times of recession that people went cheap and loaded their own Uhauls “ as we did. I have hired several professional movers over the years and this was by far the WORST job I have ever seen. The movers were consistently on their phones and extremely slow. They never ever offered to compensate us once. I would never use these movers EVER! Our items arrived crushed with lampshades out of boxes, and more-and our furniture was completely scratched up! Again, they had the opportunity to use the blankets we offered them. Never ever again! And the men smelled like alcohol!

Johnny and his crew were outstanding! Moved us out of our house and into storage we weren't sure our home would fit it, but we had room to spare. Definitely reccommend them to anyone in the Lufkin area.

First, after loading and having possession of my things, I was notified the move was now costing over $800 more than estimated. Second, the movers arrived 7 hours later than expected to the new location. Third, many items had been destroyed and broken during transition including an antique ash trey and several electronics that were moved. Lastly, the movers stole tools that had been left out from doing reassembly of furniture and reconnecting the washer and dryer. I have used several moving companies through out my life so far, and I find this company to be by far the absolute worse one ever encountered. I strongly recommend never using this company for any reason!
