They took stuff apart which we agreed on (beds, tvs, monitor arms, lamps) but lost the screws and parts for reassembly in several items. Im at ace hunting down replacement screws. We ended up with 2 broken lamps, scuffed and dented walls, lost tv cord (tv is useless). They all showed up after lunch break smelling like weed, no surprise. 2 stars instead of 1 because the company accomodated a scheduling snafu on our end, so they were able to come next day. Nearly 2 grand for an in town move, boo

Above and beyond. I had a pack and ship move booked and I had a flight cancelled on my booked move day and they made rescheduling was a breeze and got me in just 2 days later. When they did arrive on the rescheduled day, my pack and ship was larger than they were expecting (my fault not theirs I was bad at estimating) they were so nice about it and they packed efficiently quickly and stayed very late to complete the move. My new apartment was NOT easy to enter and definitely made their jobs harder, an elevator was down making the walk about a quarter mile from the truck to my unit, they had an amazing attitude though that whole debacle and got it done. Nothing was broken, the boxes were very well labeled and organized so unpacking was so easy. Honestly so much went wrong during this move that was out of anyone's control, and you wouldn't have noticed from how nice these guys were. Cannot recommend them enough moving is stressful and I credit my lack of a mental breakdown during it to how amazing they were.
