We used Dependable Movers for a white-glove move to Campbell and honestly, they were great. They handled everything—packing, moving, and even unpacking. They even unpacked our forks and knives! It cost more than some other movers we looked at, but it was worth it.
Alex coordinated the whole thing and made it super easy. He did a virtual walkthrough of our house, gave us an estimate that was pretty close to the final cost and planned everything perfectly for the three days: packing, moving, and unpacking.
Our crew was led by Yelaman, who was amazing. His team—Olzhas, Bula, Mergen, and Bakai—were all super hardworking and careful. The packing and unpacking took a bit longer than we thought, but that’s because they were so careful to secure everything. It was a big move with multiple trucks, but nothing was broken or damaged.
At the new house, they set up everything perfectly. Boxes went to the right rooms, and they unpacked and organized stuff as they went. They even cleaned up all the packing materials, which was a huge help. I even left them alone at the old house while I ran some errands because they were so trustworthy.
Dependable Movers might not be the cheapest, but the value was 100% there. Moving a four-bedroom house without having to do much of anything was such a relief. If we ever move again, we’ll definitely go with them again. Highly reccomended!

Wow! Wow! Wow! I don’t even know where to start! I’m so impressed with these guys at Dependable Movers! I was always a DIY person when it came to moving but this time with a toddler and a long distance move, I decided to hire a moving company for my move from LA to San Jose. Never ever again I will move myself! First of all, shout out to my moving consultant Steve. He was so knowledgeable, thorough and professional with my estimate. He asked questions like what was most important for me in my move or my son’s sleep schedule! I didn’t even think about it! He provided me with a flat rate and that price never changed even by a dollar!
Secondly, my team arrived right on time. There were 3 men and one of them was a crew lead. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Alex ( crew lead), Bain and Dima! While I was just completely lost off where even to start, they came in and got to work immediately! The knew exactly what to do and worked like one coordinated moving machine! It seemed like in a blink of an eye all my stuff was loaded into the truck and stacked perfectly!
While on the road, they kept me updated all the time.
Next day at around 11 am the same team was at my new place to unload everything. They even assembled my beds and my couch, put all the boxes in respective rooms and left the place immaculate!
The next day Lonie called and asked me how my move went! Seriously, who does that? I was so impressed!
