Richard did an amazing job! He came gave me a flat rate quote and moved my items the next day! He even disassembled my furniture and got rid of any junk I had around!

The men were very professional and accommodating to my specific needs. They were very gentle with my things and still got the work done quickly. Highly recommend!

I spoke with Richard at this company and the experience was extremely abhorrent. I will never do business with him. He was rude, he spoke over me and I was barely able to talk. He was very aggressive and indicated that he was busy with other customers so I need to agree to the job or not. I called to inquire about a quote and negotiate, and received this kind of service. As a matter of fact, he got upset and hung up on me. It was absolutely unacceptable and he needs to be trained in customer service. This is his company and I would never, never, ever be a customer of this moving Company. I will however let others know how terrible my experience was and I definitely will never recommend calling this company for any business. You never know who your customer is and what impact they can have. Customers are the foundation for every business and they should be all treated with a high level of service despite how they are presented. I hope Richard read this review and re-evaluate his service offered and how he does business. I will make sure I post this review everywhere I can. If I could have given negative stars, I would definitely do so. He doesn’t deserve 1 star. This is the worse moving company experience I have ever had and the worst I have ever communicated with. I would never recommend them, ever. Terrible company and horrendous customer service!
