BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional, unorganized, uncommunicative, poorly run company in my life. I interviewed multiple companies and this one seemed from the start to be fantastic. Buyer beware!! They failed to communicate once the initial deposit was made. Initially, I was told I would get a call a week prior to pick up. When I called and emailed, they failed to return my calls and e-mails. I received a call two days prior to pickup. If I’d had the money and time to cancel service, I would have but I decided to give them the benefit of doubt. My mistake! Dispatch Gave the driver the wrong address so he showed up at 11pm at night to pick our belongings up. We loaded the van ourselves. Per the contract, we had an estimated delivery date of at most 17 days. It was far past that when they finally delivered and they only began the actual delivery process once we threatened to press charges for theft. Every call was met with either a “I’ll call you back with that information “ with no return call. Emails went unanswered. Text messages were met with a placating statements. Again, only after a promise to file charges was the delivery scheduled.

These guy's are the worst moving company I've ever seen. We had a box of designer shoes missing, boxes damaged, furniture damaged. The truck had leak. Run away fast!! I gave them one star because I had to in order to write my review.

This is the company name on all of my associated documents from Lady Liberty Moving Company - if this is not the same LLC than please let me know.
From the very beginning when I was told it would be a 10 day move, then told at pick up that it would be 30 business days unless I paid $5,000 extra for priority shipping. Then after waiting over a month for my items and had been calling dispatch every other day I was told they would call me when my items were loaded onto the truck and provide a date for delivery. I received a text message on a monday afternoon telling me my items would be delivered THE NEXT DAY, less than 24 hours notice. Being thankful that the items were even showing up at all, I did not complain. However, upon delivery of my items (plus a few random peoples items which I had to call them back to come pick up) I realized my things were missing and extremely damaged. I have never been so disappointed with a company in my life. *update - the 'claims' website is a third party garbage of a website who literally only lets you upload one file and it can't be over a 10 mb, therefore you have to somehow consolidate all of your pics and files into one file that fits their low requirements? AKA no one is looking into my claim, no one has followed up, my items that are damaged will stay damaged and my irreplaceable items I will never see again. This company along with LADY LIBERTY MOVING is absolute SCAM - DO NOT USE THEM.

So it sounds like we had the worst experience with this company. Everything sounded great and we went through full inventory of our home and they even supposedly added space for a few unknown items. So lets start with this we move cross country from IN -TX we spoke with khori who assured us the move would go great we moved a 3/2 house with full basement and they didnt charge too high for the move. The movers came to our home in a beat up 20 year old 18-20 uhaul with people who were sub contracted 'via facebook msg' all this coming from the ppl who came to help with our move. We when then told that our things would not all fit in this truck and we would need another truck and were told our things would be stored in Chicago until we move also never stated that in contract. Long story short if you can drive a box truck we rented with uhaul $1832.76 and fuel all the way to TX was about 2600$ cheaper than this route. Idk what happened and if they were in a bind finding movers but the worst company to move with and we will never be choosing them again and are in the process of getting our money back.
