They did an excellent job. Cleaned up everything and very courteous and polite.

We needed to execute a quick move from Leland to north Wilmington, and Design Pro worked efficiently and professionally from the get-go. They responded to our initial call quickly, booking was smooth through a Google calendar interface, and they talked with us after the booking to ensure that all details were communicated correctly. They packed the truck (from a 3rd floor apartment) with no drama, and unpacked it at the storage unit with even less drama. The moving crew was on-time and they completed the job also on time. I'd have no problem using Design Pro again for my next move.

Respectful and friendly movers, there was a delay … though that case was generally not within their ability to control, and some small confusions about how they wanted payment that they were certainly willing to resolve with me.
