Great job, start to finish!

We recently used DTM to move us from one home to another. The 3 man crew that came were nice young men, but it became obvious they were not professional movers. We had an upright freezer and a refrigerator that had to be moved from the basement. Instead of measuring the appliances to see if there was enough clearance to get them through the doorway, one by one they moved each item up the stairs and tried to force them through the doorway.
After the move to our new home was complete and DTM left, we realized the door to the refrigerator was chipped and had a significant dent in it. The next day, we went back to the home we moved from and found extensive damage to the basement stairwell wall and door trim.
We regret that we didn’t use the highly rated and more expensive mover that we had used several times in the past and never encountered any issues.
