Highly secure storage with an electric entrance gate. Code pad with swing gate. Paved terrain is uneven. The unit was clean and in good working condition.

Review:
Communication with their call center was difficult. In three attempts I had a difficult to understand operator twice and a terrible connection another time. Each time there were loud background conversations going on that made it difficult to hear what the person was saying which only aggravated the language barrier.

Great storage unit. Just what I needed. Office I talked with on phone very helpful and nice. Very pleased with Red Dot. The place is very clean and easy to work with. Have 3 units there until I get my house end of this month. Would recommend Red Dot to anyone who needs storage. Great place.
