Excellent experience with Customer Service and facility. Everything was a breeze and affordable.

At first I had issues getting my gate code but once I called customer service and spoke w a receptionist she related a message for me and someone got back to me within 45 min. With my code. Ever since then I've had zero issues

Easy start up process however I arrived at my assigned unit & had issues with the lock so she had me drive around the whole complex looking for a different available unit. Found one & everything was fine for a month. Now I'm currently having issues with the gate code & can't get in. I've called & called. No one can give me an answer, no one calls back or emails. The customer service is horrible.
