Price two hight keep going up

The units are a bit smaller than advertised and the gate has a sensor issue that takes far too long to get in and out of the premises.

I love red dot storage you can go anytime you want with your gate code. It's private nobody can get in without a key it's clean.

However they have now raised their storage to 162 a month which I think is just plain ridiculous I am going to be moving my stuff to a cheaper storage. That is totally outrageous!

I called and made plans to be out August 31, 2023. I to a representative and everything was a go.

I was out on time and they billed me again. I sent 3 emails with no response. I then talked to a chat agent. He apologized and said it was straightened out.

I then received my bill! I called again and they said ok all is good. They then proceeded to charge me a late fee every week. My 184 bill is now 403 in one month! I got an email saying if they didn't receive payment they were going to auction my possessions off!

Well, good luck auctioning off an empty storage unit! I'm sick and tired of contacting them over this.

The way they late charge you over and over during the month along with raising prices twice in one year has me totally disgusted by this company.

Greedy, greedy, greedy. I will NEVER use them again and I will never recommend them to anyone!

Stay far far away. They are by far the most expensive storage around. If I could give them - stars I would!

No one ever around, everything is automated, and tried to purchase a lock at 2 different locations; the first location was sold out, the second one took my money but didnt spit out the lock. But I guarantee the minute you miss a payment someone will be there to lock you out of your unit.

They have almost every kind of unit you might need though, so that's a plus.

Red Dot is gone, no longer the owners. Devon has bought the place and making a lot of changes. Changes that should have happened the past 5 years or more. They currently have an on site manager by name of Jeremy, and he has personally spear-headed all the changes and made the place a reputable business again. You will be happy to use this storage facility now. Thank you, Jeremy
Please keep him on site as much possible
