Prior to booking online, I compared prices and move in discounts online for nearby storage units and this location was the most affordable.
The entire process was easy from booking the storage unit online to moving in. Received an easy to understand email with move in instructions, access code, etc. Soon after booking online, I received a friendly phone call from Mr. Dickie Lawrence, Property Manager welcoming me to the location, explaining process and answering any questions. When I arrived on-site, Mr. Lawrence showed me my storage unit, including the best door to use to access my unit. There was a rolling cart next to my unit ready to use. My pre-paid lock was inside of my storage unit which is very convenient, especially if I had arrived after office was closed. There was also a very affordable U-Haul truck ready to rent which saved me tons of trips. Excellent top notch customer service. I definitely recommend.
