I rented my 10' X 10' storage unit online. I then called Devin to ask for the keys and a 'lesson,' on opening doors, finding my unit, etc. I was met by a young man named Damian. He was very pleasant and welcomed me to Devin Storage. He then showed me how to input the gate code and walked me to my unit where I was given another 'key' lesson. He then allowed me to do these things myself. Damian was patient and kind with my ignorance of the whole experience as I have never rented a storage unit before. If Damian is the face of Devon Self Storage, I will be recommending your company to my friends and family.

I recently had to store some items unexpectedly and in a short time frame. But it was after hours. I knew exactly what size space I needed so there was no need for a tour. I was pleasantly surprised to learn I could rent a storage space online and that I would be able to access the space immediately. Outside of business hours!! The process was seamless from beginning to end. Add to that, the rate was the lowest I found - by far, it’s climate controlled so no unloading or loading in the freezing cold or sweltering heat and the facility itself is meticulously clean. The boys at the desk were kind and helpful when needed but left me to it when they weren’t. It was the best experience I’ve had when renting a storage unit. Highly recommend!
