Matt was great! He worked hard to get a lock cut off our storage building. If you need help or have questions Matt is quick to respond.

These folks just bought our storage place. Can NOT get a hold of anyone as the number from their own website is disconnected. AI says my unit doesn't exist and zero help to get a gate code. They're quick to take your money but non responsive when you need your stuff.

When I say DO NOT GET A STORAGE HERE I MEAN ABSOLUTELY DO NOT! I paid two months worth of my storage ! And the old owners put a different lock on it then what I had so the new owners are over it now , they don't know the code and keep saying they are reaching out about the code that was a lie! It's been over a month since I have been able to Acess my storage and they have me waste my gas going out there everytime I've talked to multiple people on the phone who were supposed to fix the problem no call back no thing they were supposed to waive my payment for this month haven't heard nothing I can't even move into my apartment and I'm not paying when I haven't had access to my storage in over a month !!! And I paid two months worth they are unprofessional and will do and say whatever to get you off the phone I am taking legal actions and have already spoken to the ceo over the company, oh and the phone number they put online is not actually there's plus nobody is in office ever. $114 for this poor service I highly don't recommend

Great place to rent a storage unit. Easiest set up and friendliest staff. Would recommend Devon Self Storage to everyone
