This storage facility only cares about your money! Our unit was broken into a couple months ago and we’ve yet to hear one word from them regarding video footage, what might be missing or anything! Why do they not bump up security and take care of their customers like they advertise? It’s a true shame. The local police do not care either, not one word from them regarding what has been done. The days of customer service and caring about doing the right thing is over… sadly. We will be getting our things out asap. We should have stuck with Storage Rentals of America. We used them for many years and did not have one issue.
