The phone number online don't work. It also has full voicemail. They have claim tobbe waiting at my apt but they were not. And I've been in two nasty smelling cars. From the driver to the vehicle.

Update on 10/23 I’m still having problems with this transportation Company when my insurance sends them to me.?

They have never shown up or answered their phone out of 15 times they have been scheduled for me. I just filed a grievance

Twice this company has failed me. The second time after guaranteeing that my transportation was secure. Highly unprofessional. No one should put any faith in this company.

AVOID DEVOTED TRANSPORTATION AT ALL COSTS. They are liars and will cancel on you last minute. I called the insurance company to ask where they are, and Devoted told them that they called me twice but I didn't answer, and that they're out to get someone else but could pick me up later. This happened to me two times. Be assertive to your insurance company (esp. if it's Blue Cross Complete) and let them know you have the right to reliable transportation, and that you do NOT want Devoted, but rather another service like People's Express or Lyft Concierge.

If at any way i can write a review and add ZERO STARS, this company would receive it. No response once the patient calls and no response once the insurance calls and ATTEMPTS to see where or if the driver/company is even en route. So confused on why the insuramce company continues to utilize them esp after the reviews and calls.
