Devoted Transportation Inc.

I see having come to their page on Google Maps that I'm not the only one who has ever had a problem with them. I honestly don't know why Blue Cross Complete even uses them. They're abysmally unreliable and unprofessional. I had to miss an appointment today because by the time the driver called himself arriving at my building, 15 minutes had already elapsed since the time my appointment was supposed to start and after that amount of time, they can't accommodate me. I honestly believe the 'number' they have for this company is a front and that it's basically run out of that dude Jerry's own car. Everytime I call the number they have up, no one answers and it says the mailbox is full. They need to go out of business.

They don't show up. And you can't call them. It rings until voice-mail picks up that is full. They've been assigned to me a few times and I always miss my appointments. They're incredibly terrible. Humanity is gone with this 'company'
Healthcare is bad enough and then you go through scheduling a ride and they don't show up or call. Wrist is that you have no choice. So of course they don't care.

I'm a senior, it was hot. Waited outside 15 mins early, the driver never showed up at all. I should have read all the negative reviews first, not one phone call from them. I hope the driver is ok, if not I don't see how this transportation business is still open.
