This is a sorry place. My daughter has missed three radiation treatments so far. Now we are stranded. I am calling the better business bureau. Plus calling the news and starting a petition to have no insurance company work with them. My end goal will be to put them out of business. Shame on them for playing with anyone's life. Especially a child. You should not have taken the contract. I will make you know her name .

This transportation company is so unprofessional they came very late almost did not get me to my appointment.They were one hour and 30 minutes late they are rude and they still do a bad job I don't know how they are still in business but I'm going to make sure that someone knows how bad this company is functioning.

Don't wear their masks very unprofessional. Put their clients in jeopardy. Cars are very veryu unclean.

Review:
Blue Cross Complete contracts with Devoted Transportation. Their drivers are unprofessional, late, and frequently DONT SHOW UP! We have had to sit and wait from a doctors appointment over 1-1/2 and still had to get a Lyft because they never showed to return us home. Now, we had a 2pm pickup time and no response from any driver or dispatcher! About to miss our appointment again.
