Office people were kind but the whse staff wasnt helpful and the rear Whse was in a horrible spot for semi drivers to back in to. Wouldn't recommend any OTR driver taking any shipments to or from them until they get a better facility.

I have moved Intrastate and interstate many times. My experience with DeVries has been the worst. There were missing boxes, broken electronics, missing electronics, broken furniture, broken smokers, etc. They stored our items in a 'climate controlled warehouse'. It was anything but. My items sensitive to freezing and thawing were ruined. My brand new mattress was sitting in water while in their possession. There is a huge water stain and the side is collapsed. They dropped my desk of my wood floor splintering the floor. They then closed the door in hopes I wouldn't see it. The claims 'manager' is the rudest human alive and denied they broke or dropped anything. Be careful of their 'insurance'. It pays 60 cents a pound. If your 10 pound item cost $6,000 they pay $6. This is a horrible company that lies, cheats and steals.
