DeVries Moving-Packing-Storage

I moved from Washington state to Florida a month ago. One package of art works is missing. Also, a crate for a sculpture was turned upside down on a clearly marked crate on how to handle it properly. The handling caused the sculpture to be broken. This company is unresponsive to me.
Not only are this articles spendy but they were gifts from my deceased husband. I am heartbroken.
