We set up a truck rental online. When we were supposed to pick up they had given our truck away without verifying that person was us. Then made me present ID and charged me for the second truck so I'm unsure how they gave my truck away. The lady there was nice and promised a refund of the first truck by the next day but I didn't get a refund. Don't be taken advantage of.

I've used this Uhaul facility three times in the past couple years, at first I thought it was a pretty decent deal. Until I dealt with the lady that runs it who I must say is rude, for no reason. She has TWICE now overcharged me for the rental of a Uhaul and the first time I only owed a little bit so I paid it. The second time was outrageous and then they charged my debit card without my consent for the remaining balance. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend using this facility, unprofessional, rude and over priced. Extremely unsatisfied with the customer service.

Opens late closes early made a reservation an somehow it got cancelled. Tried calling an no answer.

I want to thank Grace from the bottom of my heart!! She was very friendly and had the truck there when I picked up, very kind and courteous and the most helpful!! Great place to rent a uhaul if needed!! Again thank you Grace!!
