Diamond RV & Heated Storage

1 star is the lowest it can go. My son rented a UHaul through Diamond but when he got here from LAKES STEVENS to pick it up there was NO KEY in drop box for him. All the time it took my son to get here and nothing!!! I am never going to recommend this company to anyone.

It looks like a nice place, there's even a bathroom. But the amount of rats is crazy. No matter how well you store your belongings, it's a sheer flood of rat urine and droppings. Don't use cardboard boxes and if you use plastic containers, they'll be covered with rat urine and droppings. It's also the season for rodents to come in and it's crazy how everything is soaked in rat urine. You will smell like rats if you visit inside. Your shoes will be covered with it. Is it a nice place, yes, the rats not so much. I only store attic items, no foods. I visited recently because of the holidays and had to wash my shoes and clothes immediately when I got home.

My son had me go in & get him a unit & I was very impressed. Its the best one
I've seen. They are heated, have lights in units & for $15 extra a month they have a car wash that can accommodate the largest of RV's. They have longer hours than the others & very reasonable price. So far I have nothing negative to say about this place, very nice .

I love Diamond Storage in Elma. The staff is amazing. I got a storage right when they opened, they were amazing then and two years later still amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
