Diamond RV & Heated Storage

People are very polite knowledge and accommodating. I would recommend this facility to anyone I talk to.

I recently rented a unit with the help of Keeley, the onsite manager. She was extremely helpful and polite. The facility was clean and nicely laid out. The reason for the four star review, is that I had to wait nearly 45 minutes, a long with another couple who had been waiting even longer, for the manager to come back to the office. While there was a sign on the office door informing us the manager was out and would be returning, we had no idea how long that would be. I have seen places that post an approximate time of them returning to the office which I appreciate. I could have easily come back later if I had known. Hopefully they read this review and make that future change. Besides that, I am extremely impressed with the experience and the facility.

We were moving from Oregon to Washington and after a phone call with Selena in the Elma facility, we felt super comfortable with Diamond RV and Heated Storage. She was so helpful when I explained what we needed to store, and that we didn't have a start or end date, but Selena's information became part of our moving plan. We can't speak highly enough about Selena and her professionalism. Amid the stress of moving and unknowns, we were relieved to be with Diamond RV storage. The storage facility itself is superior, we found it safe, clean and easily accessible and everything was in excellent working order.
