Be careful with their service. When I called the lady from the front desk she confirms that their movers will drop the jacuzzi in the yard for customers. However, those 3 drivers asked me $350 to move the jacuzzi from driveway to my yard which takes them less than 10 mins. At the same time they charge only $570 to move jacuzzi from San Diego to Los Angeles for at least 2 hour driving. I called the manager Luis but he kept speaking around with nonsense exp[lanation. I will complain with the jacuzzi suppliers about this mover company
I needed an above ground spa removed. I called them several times. They wanted me to take a video of the spa and send them the specs. I sent the video and the specs.I followed up with them a few times. Left voice messages, text messages. No call back. No emails. Communication was not very good
Isaac, Ramirito, Luis and Marcos came to haul away the old spa. Initially, the asphalt driveway got chewed up by their truck when they made turns, stopped and started. Then, they came up with a solution. They used plywood to protect the asphalt and the flagstones. Then, they used a carpet with handles to slide the old spa down to the truck.
We will have a new spa installed, and now we will make a special request to have these guys come again.
Man! These guys are beyond amazing! They literally do the impossible possible with a positive can do attitude and with a a smile in their faces. It was a great experience watching them take down this very difficult challenge before them; all of them seem to be working as one unit! Very communicative and helpful with one another! I’d highly recommend them for any spa service you might need! 5 STARS ALL THe WAY! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This company is a racket. They do not inform you there is a charge to put the spa into the backyard. After Isaac finished his little presentation on how professional they are, and how it’s only 250 bucks to move the spa 11 more feet to the backyard, I declined. After that his attitude quickly changed. He was rude and his “helpful professionalism” dissolved to a petty, “screw you” type of response. My mother in law was at the house to sign for the package and I could overhear him being short with her too during our phone call.
I called their office to complain and was met with the same flippant attitude by the lady on the phone. This is a rip off company. If you can avoid them you should.
