This the best storage unit I've ever come across in my life the staff and mantance are very sweet respectful and kind and it's in a great location ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡ 100,000,000 stars I wish I could give more than 5 stars the flood area thing sorta worries me but besides that I'm very contented with it if I ever hit the lottery I'll make an offer to buy it and hire the current staff and pay them double litterly its amazing at this place,ignore any bad reviews they're wrong.

I rented a storage unit for a year and then it was purchased by new owners.I had paid six months at a time so I was paid through September. I received a letter in August saying the rates were going to go up$5. I planned on paying that price when I paid the next 6 months but before I could do that, they had added a late fee of $10 for that $5 increase for September. I have talked to two or three people and explained that I was paid in full through September and that I would like to pay for 6 months again at their increased rate. They would not drop that $5 fee for September and I just want everyone to know because that is extremely poor customer service. My husband and I are in our 70s and 80s and we are going to move our storage unit because of these poor business practices. How very sad.
