Review:

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dillard Movers/Dillard Services LLC. They caused significant damage to my lawn, leaving deep ruts and destroyed landscaping. Instead of taking responsibility for their actions, they tried denying involvement despite clear evidence and witness statements confirming that their truck caused the damage. Their refusal to address the issue and attempts to shirk responsibility have forced me to pursue legal avenues to resolve the matter. I expected better accountability from a professional moving company. Would not recommend.

Review:

I will always use Dillard Movers…. within the last 5 years I moved 2 or 3 times and I used them each and every time and each and every time they have given the best service…they quoted me a price that was within my budget and there were no hidden fees or read between the lines type of wording…They were on time and moved my items so fast and efficiently each move has been a 5 bedroom home and I can say they finished quickly no one stopped to take a break or use the phone etc…Dillard’s will always be my moving company…if you go to anyone else I’m sorry it’s a mistake…

I would most definitely recommend Dillard Movers to anyone moving! They did an amazing job and took extreme care moving my items. They were efficient and costs were exactly what was provided with the quote.

Review:

Book them now! The gentlemen who helped me move were so kind and patient! The building I was leaving had garage issues and the one I was moving into had no working elevators. They had to carry my furniture up four flights of stairs. All of my furniture arrived just as it had left, no damage. When I move again I will definitely be booking with Dillard Movers!

Review:

Used them twice this Fall and won't hesitate to hire them again. Great, professional crew both times and James was always there with clear communication to make it all happen smoothly. My family moved WAY too much stuff from Michigan to storage, then from storage to our house. It was a 5-person project over 6.5 hours. They did it all carefully, efficiently, and with good humor.
