We had a short 30 mile move. From the initial estimate to logistics we had a great experience. The moving team was on time, professional, organized, courteous and pleasant. They worked quickly, making sure everything was packed safely and correctly. The team was friendly and cordial, we had alot of fun with them. Unloading the truck was quick and they set up some furniture and overall helped us get the new house ready to unpack. I've moved so many times and D&B are hands down the best moving experience I've had. Dont hesitate to use them

Had a very positive experience with Dimon & Bacorn. We used them twice in the last 6 months. Their team was on time (Early), worked very hard, and got the job done quicker than expected with no hiccups. They walked me through the process and helped with extra things I didn't originally anticipate needing help on. Would recommend them to anyone!

The gentlemen who packed up my things into the truck were extremely friendly but so many of my things arrived damaged and the inventory sheets (that I was never given a copy of) were so hard to read it took me a long time to make claims for the damages because I couldn't tell which item was which. Very disappointed.

We used Dimon and Bacorn to move from Long Island to Binghamton this past summer. The staff was extremely helpful during the whole process. Alicia was the main person I spoke with. She responded quickly and professionally. The company accommodated us as best they could as our circumstances were continually changing. Cost was reasonable. The estimate was pretty spot on and no surprises. The day of,our mover was supposed to have some help but he didn’t show up unfortunately, but he still managed to load and pack everything same day and efficiently. I wish I remembered his name! Kathy helped us with a piece of furniture that for slightly damaged with moving. Overall, highly recommend this company for moving!

Overall good results with our move with Dimon & Bacorn . Crews were careful with items and packed to avoid damage! They worked steady and stayed on schedule thanks to crew chief Rob who was experienced and very responsive to any issues! he had more workers come first day afternoon to pack and load when he saw how much there was. Packed first day. Loaded second day , traveled from Vestal to Buffalo 3.5 hours and unloaded Third day! Workers courteous and careful and productive! Good about getting moved items where we wanted them located!
Few negatives . Some carpeting in old house got soiled from lack of wearing booties. D & B paid for steam cleaning! One piece of furniture had a leg broken that got fixed well and returned within one month! Over 450 items moved including boxes and 17000 lbs. overall our move went well!
