Diane at front desk was so nice and helpful in every way so nice to still meet people like her now and days.

Diane is such a caring person! She definitely goes to bat for her customers! If it wasn't for her kindness and caring personality, I would have left and found another storage unit for my things. I now have 2 Storage units with Dino's. It really helps to get to know the person who is keeping your things. All professional, all caring, and Always A-1 customer service!
UPDATE: In the process of moving out after about 2 1/2 yrs I found out that Diane, (if she still works at this location) is a thief! I had to file a police report for the things she stole from my storage unit. I had moved all but about 1% of my belongings out the evening before. It was getting late, I was by myself (except for a tow truck guy) who'd towed my truck out and was waiting on me to load up. Also it had just started to get cold in around Oct or Nov of 2024. So I was exhausted and had to get going. I'd figured since there are cameras everywhere, and I'd only had some retro Christmas ornaments, some dvd's that are very sentimental, a brand new set of red porcelain dishes, and a few other things I would just come back in the morning to retrieve them and as well as sweep out my unit. So I didn't bother to put the disk lock back on. I'm thinking 'Diane saw me moving out so it should be fine.
Wrong! I get there to find my unit door raised all the way up. I immediately head to the property office to ask Diane what happened to my belongings. 'They cleaned it out' she said. What do you mean? 'They cleaned it out' she repeated. Who cleaned it out? 'They just...when they see that there's no lock on the unit they just assume that someone abandoned the unit and they clean it out'
Well 'they' didn't clean it out because it's not swept out
'I sweep it out' Diane said.
No you don't it's in the contract I said. After going back and forth with her some guy that was in there with her as he was on the computer (could've been her husband) says 'well it's in the contract that you have to have a lock on it at all times' I could not believe what I was hearing!!
After going back and forth with him I called the police and made a police report.
Diane must've done this before because evidently she or someone who may have helped her, pulled a box truck in front of the building supposedly blocking a very important camera view. I wondering how many times she's pulled this on people! It felt like she drew me in until I eventually began to trust her. Then snap! A trap was set the whole time. How's this for scripture: For the lips of a strange woman drop as an honeycomb, and her mouth is smoother than oil: But her end is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a two-edged sword. I also wrote another review on the headquarter's location for more detail. It's sad that a person pay$ for a storage unit to keep their belongings it safe from the world, only to have them stolen from thee storage unit itself.

All's she had to do was say 'I made a mistake' and return my items.smh

Diane has been an amazing help and a blast to talk to. Quick and easy to apply and get the unit.
If you are ever having problems with your unit or even the facility itself, she dose her best to to get it taken care of. They just need corporate to start cooperating, it’s an older facility yes but if they would maintain it it would look a heck of a lot better. Starting with the back fence that needs comply replaced. Still give this place 5 stars tho just because of Diane being such a joy!
