Dino’s Storage (West Maple) has a great location and excellent customer service. The staff is helpful, and the process is smooth. Highly recommend!

April is a wonderful person at dinos. The day I opened a couple of storages she was she assisted and was helpful answering ll my questions. I liked her so much we just sat for a least an hour and talked and we had good conversation.
But I'm more thankful for April because there was an instance where I had 2 storages in my name but one of the storage was for someone who was living with me. We'll month's before I had went up to dinos and April was was at the front desk and she explainedto me what I had to do to get the other storage out my name. I did what she said for me to do however, other party did not comply as far as getting it in their name. So months went by and I was still being charged for their storage. But had not been for April she called me to let me know what was going on because I was so busy in my personal life I just missed those monthly charges that added up up to 6 months of monthly charges being taken out my personal account. April thank you for catching the discrepancy and for contact me and letting me know. Thanks April your the best!!!
