Direct Connect Auto Transport

I had a car shipped from Honolulu to Nashville, TN and I had a great experience with Direct Connect. Tammy helped me and she went above and beyond with communication and follow up. I have shipped a ton of cars being a dealer and this was the most tricky transport I’ve ever done. Tammy made it easy and the driver got it to me earlier than the projected time. I highly recommend Tammy and Direct Connect Auto Transport.

Price was very reasonable. A few minor glitches in communications but got past it with good results. Would use/recommend again.

A++ Could not have had better service especially during a difficult time! We contacted multiple companies via an online inquiry to get pricing to move a vehicle from Arkansas to Georgia. Pete Reynolds on behalf of Direct Connect left a very polite and informative voicemail regarding next steps. His message stood out because it was professional and clear. Most other messages left were loud, pushy and in sales mode. Following up with Pete and using Direct Connect was just what we needed! I explained to him my Mother had just passed suddenly and that was the reason the vehicle had to be moved. He expressed sympathy and understanding. He told me that he would make sure her pride & joy 95 Jag would be well taken care. The difference in Direct Connect is, they make sure the customer has one main person to work with until the car reaches the final destination. In addition, the 2 gentleman from Exotic Cars who did the actual move were also very polite, professional and so sensitive to this emotional time for us. They took pictures to show the car was traveling safe and texted us as soon as it arrived in Georgia along with prayers to help us with our grief. These 3 gentleman are such assets for the Direct Connect team, please recognize them for outstanding service and thank them again for being there for us !!!
