Direct Express Auto Transport

This company has left me stranded without my vehicle for over a month. Booked a transport from east to west coast & vehicle sat there with no calls, updates, or action from this company. Called several times to find out when they'd be picking up my vehicle & I got nowhere each time. Also, it took them way too long to issue me a refund (after 2-3 calls). Unless you live in a major city (which may have resulted in a transport), save your money & the hassle.

Very easy company to work with. My car came much quicker than estimated. Only complaint was the driver they assigned to my transport, did not accept money orders, even though the company told me they would accept cash or money order. I would recommend waiting to get payment until you speak to your driver to confirm their form of payment. But the scheduling company was great and I loved how fast my car arrived.

Be careful if you want your car get shipped and delivered in time. It takes about 14 days for my car to get shipped and another 10 days to get delivered from east cost to west coast .They will always try to persuade you to raise the money in order to get the car quicker. So don't be cheated by their relatively cheaper quote. You might in the end pay higher than other shipping services if you want to avoid the delays.
